Suicide Awareness and Prevention Training

Early identification of individuals with one or more suicidal risk factors or of individuals exhibiting warning signs is crucial to suicide prevention efforts. Upon completion of this micro‑credential, professional educators will demonstrate the ability to identify multiple warning signs and risk factors related to youth suicide and to identify necessary action steps. Repeated exposure to and practice with this information is essential for all educators.
