The Shift Towards Competency-based Professional Learning

School districts continue to send educators to workshops and conferences to learn, but if you think about it, it’s the worst possible way to learn. It’s usually a full day of some "expert" communicating a ton of content to a bunch of people sitting in an uncomfortable room.
