Competency-based Professional Learning

Hello there,

Every Thanksgiving, we go around the table and say what we’re thankful for before slicing into the turkey.

I'm thankful to have such wonderful clients — schools, districts, ESAs, and state DOEs, who work with such dedication to improving instructional practice and providing a sense of purpose for our educators. I'm thankful for our users — teachers, administrators, and other education professionals. I'm thankful also to our partners, assessors, and facilitators. And of course, I'm so very grateful for our dedicated staff here at BloomBoard.

Thank you so much for your support, and have a fantastic Thanksgiving.

Why Micro-credentials Matter

Each micro-credential earned signifies that an educator has met the profession’s highest standards for demonstrated practice of a specific competency. Together, with our state, district, and training development partners, we are advancing the next generation of professional learning by bringing a cohesive system of skills-based training to educators, that can help them achieve authentic growth and career advancement.
